We currently have an opening for a Full-Time Customer Service Team Leader in our Montréal Centrale des médicaments™ / Medication Information Center™ Call Centre.
Reporting to the Call Centre Manager, this position involves the hands on supervision of a team of Customer Service Representatives working on a variety of inbound and outbound projects. Our inbound call centre services include handling telephone and web enquiries regarding pharmaceutical and consumer healthcare products, handling registration services for Healthcare Loyalty Programs, Symposia Registration Services, and Clinical Trial Follow-Up Services. Our outbound services include follow-up work with pre-registered participants, marketing research, as well as handling customer service issues for our healthcare customers. Please note that these positions do not involve unsolicited outbound telemarketing.
In addition to personally handling calls, our Team Leader would be responsible for scheduling team activities, direct supervision of the team members, as well as ongoing training of the team. Overall, our Team Leader would be responsible for ensuring the productivity of the team and the quality of their work.
Applicants for this position should have completed their collegial studies and have a minimum of two years experience in a Call Centre setting. They should be excellent communicators, fluently bilingual (both spoken and written) and be familiar with Microsoft® Office programs. Montréal – Medical Consultants
We currently have openings for Full-Time and/or Part-Time Medical Consultants in our Montréal Contact Centre.
Reporting to the Medical Director, and working closely with the Contact Centre Manager, these positions involve ongoing dialogue with practicing physicians to assess areas of interest, provide information on new treatment algorithms and pharmaceutical therapies, recruit and supervise investigators in clinical trials, interview participants in marketing research studies, and coordinate registration activities for upcoming CME/CHE events.
Interested candidates must be qualified medical graduates. They may be involved in part-time medical practice, or may be working towards Canadian licensing requirements. In either case, they should be fluent in either French or English, and be able to effectively discuss highly technical medical/pharmaceutical information with ease. A knowledge of computers and Microsoft® Office programs would be an asset.

– Lettershop Production Associates

Lettershop Production Associates for our Markham Direct
Mail Production Facility.
Reporting to the Production Supervisor, these positions
involve general lettershop and mail assembly activities,
including folding, inserting, sealing and metering of
mailers. Interested candidates should be hard working,
conscientious and be able to work effectively in a production
team environment. A knowledge of automated lettershop
equipment would be an asset.
