1. Audience Selection
We will only call physicians you have identified. Therefore
you provide the audience.
Our access to extensive prescriber-level and profiled
databases can assist you in refining your target selection.
In all cases, the physician, previously
trained by the client, will speak only of subjects within
the framework of the call guide approved by the client.
A personalized doctor-to-doctor letter invites
participation in a one-to-one discussion at the convenience
of the called-on doctor.
At this stage, the doctor-to-doctor interactive
sessions begin, on appointment, at the convenience of the
called-on doctor.
A personalized, doctor-to-doctor, follow-up
letter includes product prescribing information, inserts
and a sample request, if desired.
Qualitative and quantitative information
derived from the dialogue becomes part of the call report
provided to the client for each individual physician. Custom
reports can be quoted upon request.
