PharmaCommunications Group Inc. is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. JP Del Carmen to the position of Marketing Coordinator. JP joins our group with experience in marketing, communications, and project and event management. Working closely with the Client Services team, he will be responsible for the development and implementation of marketing initiatives at PharmaCommunications. JP attended McMaster University where he received an Honours B.Sc. in Life Sciences.

Jenessa joins our team with valuable experience working with a major marketing agency after attaining her Honours B.A in Communications from McMaster University. Reporting to the Director of Client Services, Jenessa will be working closely with many of our loyalty programs to coordinate and execute the day to day management of these initiatives.

PharmaCommunications Group Inc. is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Dylan Zhang to the position of Systems and Database Administrator. Dylan joins our group with several years of experience working as a Computer Specialist and Network Administrator Manager. He graduated from the University of Windsor with a Bachelor of Computer Science degree, specializing in Network Security. Reporting to our IT Manager, Dylan will be responsible for managing databases and maintaining the network, servers, and computer systems at PharmaCommunications.

PharmaCommunications Group Inc. is pleased to announce the appointment of Ms. Season Wong to the position of Associate Account Manager in our Markham Office. Season joins us after completing both an Honours B.Sc. in Human Kinetics, as well as a M.Sc. in Human Health and Nutritional Sciences at the University of Guelph. Season is now part of our Toronto Client Services team and will be working on both existing client projects and new business development.

PharmaCommunications Group Inc. is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Ian Hernandez to the position of Manager, Call Centre Services. Ian joins us from a major healthcare call centre operation, and is responsible for the full management of our Medication Information Center™ Call Centre in downtown Montréal. Ian joins our group with several years of experience as a Customer Service Representative, Training Coordinator, and Client Services Manager within both industry and call centre settings, and brings to his position, a thorough understanding of dealing with both patients and healthcare professionals. He attended Concordia University, and holds a B.A. with majors in Political Science and Economics.

Ashley Rycroft
Ashley Rycroft has been promoted to the position of Director, Client Services. Ashley joined PharmaCommunications™ 18 months ago and, in the interim period, has made significant contributions to the development of our business model and our “Client-Centric” view of customer service. As Director of Client Services, Ashley now assumes full responsibility for the company’s Client Service and Business Development activities in both Montréal and Toronto.
Jeremy Baldwin
Jeremy Baldwin has been promoted to the position of IT Business Analyst. Jeremy joined PharmaCommunications™ 3 years ago as a Database Administrator, and has distinguished himself not only in that position, but with a number of special projects that he has undertaken, including the development of many of our new OASIS™ and CRISP-DM Data Mining solutions. Jeremy now becomes part of the Client Services team and will be responsible for developing and delivering the customized OASIS™ solutions required by our clients.
Alex Wong
Alex Wong has been appointed to the position of Project Coordinator. Alex recently completed a B.Sc. (Honours) at Queen’s University, as well as a Post Graduate Certificate in Regulatory Affairs from Humber College. As a member of our Client Services team, Alex is now responsible for coordinating all the administrative and support requirements for our PharmaSalesSupport.Com service, as well as the preparation of specialized analytical reports for our clients.

Susan joins our group from the University of Waterloo where she held the positions of Research Assistant and Teaching assistant. Reporting to our Manager of Information Technology, Albert Arloo, Susan will be working with the IT Team on the ongoing development of our OASIS™ franchise as well as the continued development of IT Added Value services for our pharmaceutical, medical, and consumer healthcare clients. Susan graduated from the University of ECUST, Shanghai, China with an Honours B. Comm. in Management Information Systems, and from the University of Waterloo where she obtained her M. A. Sc., Management Science Engineering degree.

PharmaCommunications Group Inc. is pleased to announce the appointment of Ms. Debbie Allan to the position of Call Centre Supervisor at our Medication Information Center™ Call Centre in Montréal. Fully bilingual, Debbie joins our group with more than twelve years of experience as a Call Centre Supervisor. She has managed Customer Service Representative (CSR) Teams in a variety of programs, including medical services, retail services and travel, and as such, has significant experience in leading and motivating CSRs in the successful completion of both inbound and outbound projects. Reporting to our Manager of Operations, Joanne Bookman, Debbie will be responsible for overseeing all of our Outbound Call Centre projects, and will be focusing her efforts on ensuring the highest quality and effectiveness of our communications on behalf of our pharmaceutical, medical, and consumer healthcare clients. Debbie is a graduate of the Travel & Tourism Certificate program at Concordia University in Montréal.
