TERRITORY SUPPORT SERVICES™
Sales Representative Directed Mail

In order to maximize the effectiveness of the pharmaceutical sales force, PharmaCommunications™ has developed a comprehensive approach to ongoing direct mail that has been specifically designed to support the activities of the field sales force. Called Territory Support Services™, this approach involves a custom designed, sales representative driven, follow-up direct mail program directed at targeted physicians and pharmacists within a given representative's territory.

With Territory Support Services™, each representative in the field is provided with their own territory-based follow-up direct mail program, giving them all the tools necessary to ensure that their ongoing contacts with physicians and pharmacists remain at optimal levels. They determine how many direct mail contacts each of their key customers should get, they determine the type of follow-up or ongoing direct mail that is to be sent, and they determine when the mail is to be sent by activating the mailing through the Territory Support Services™ system.

The key to the Territory Support Services™ service is the sales representative's Territory Support Services™ kit, providing each representative with all the tools required to manage their own direct mail service. The kit includes:

  1. Detailed instructions on the Territory Support Services™ program from a technical standpoint, along with coverage and follow-up objectives and criteria as set by head office sales and marketing management.
  2. A series of custom designed letters approved by management that representatives can choose to have delivered to the target of their choice at any time.
  3. Complete 24-hour access to the Territory Support Services™ service enabling representatives to access their custom database of targeted physicians, and to request that letters be sent, at any time of the day or night, and from anywhere in the world using Website, E-Mail or Toll-free 1-800 voice or fax lines.
  4. Complete 24-hour access to Territory Support Services™ technical support and customer service, again using Website, E-Mail or Toll-free 1-800 voice or fax lines, ensuring that access is available at any time, day or night.
